Return & Refund Policy
At Perlune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
1. Return Conditions
- You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Returns are accepted for new or lightly used items that have a defect or issue.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at sac.perlune@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days after receiving our return confirmation.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sac.perlune@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- The cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
