Return & Refund Policy

At Perlune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions

You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
Returns are accepted for new or lightly used items that have a defect or issue.

2. How to Request a Return

Contact us at sac.perlune@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Ship the item back within 7 days after receiving our return confirmation.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sac.perlune@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
